शैक्षिक सत्र 2025-26 से उत्तर प्रदेश छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर OTR (वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन) अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। कृपया सभी छात्र – छात्राएं पहले One Time Registration (OTR) करें, उसके पश्चात ही छात्रवृत्ति के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे।
Important Guidelines for Scholarship Applicants
Mandatory Requirement
One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory from Session 2025-26 for applying to scholarship schemes on the UP Scholarship Portal. An active mobile number and Aadhaar number are required to complete OTR.
Three-step registration process
Complete these steps in sequence to generate your unique OTR number.
1. Mobile Authentication
Verify your active mobile number using the received OTP.
2. Aadhaar e-KYC
Complete Aadhaar-based identity verification securely.
3. OTR Generation
Your OTR number will be displayed and sent to the registered mobile.
One Time Registration (OTR) Important rules
- After successful OTR generation, the OTR number will be displayed and sent to the registered mobile number. You can then apply for the UP Scholarship.
- Only one OTR number is permitted for each student.
- If more than one OTR is found for a student, the student may be debarred from scholarship schemes.
- Keep your registered mobile number available throughout the registration and application process.
